Best experience ever loved the privacy the atmosphere was amazing getting there and seeing the horses made it even better they had everything you need definitely going back back but need at least 3 days minimum.

Loved the location. Cabin tastefully decorated and comfortable with stunning views. Sufficient wood for the fireplace and outside tub. All necessities provided. Loved the soap & mist spray.

Hemel 'n Aarde Stud is absolutely stunning.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet. The view is breathtaking and incredibly calming – the perfect place to unwind and escape the rush of the city. The beautiful horses on the farm are an added bonus and made the experience even more special. The cottage is modern, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Stunning cottages in a breathtaking location. We really enjoyed our 2 days here, the cottage is luxurious and the hot tub is a definite plus! The views are absolutely beautiful. Perfectly located on the Hemel en Aarde Road to go wine tasting just around the corner, if you can bear to leave the farm! A big thank you to Sue, who was so friendly and helpful. We loved it!

Incredibly kind, responsive, and always eager to help, they made sure every request was met with genuine warmth and professionalism. Their commitment to exceptional service was evident from start to finish. If you're looking for a serene countryside retreat with charm, beauty, and top-tier hospitality, Hemel and Aarde Stud is a destination not to be missed. We’ll definitely be back!

• Deluxe Double / Twin Room

The attention to detail is what sets this accomodation apart from the rest. The gas grill, indoor fireplace, and cozy bathroom were just some of the small features that made our stay perfectly suited for those cold winter nights. The wood fired hot tub was definitely the biggest highlight, and the host made sure to supply us with more than enough wood for our entire stay.

Only negative:  The fact that we had to go home.
